What is the process for having my goods enter a Foreign Trade Zone?
Supply FTZ with Customs Power of Attorney and a Signed Warehouse Contract prior to
the arrival of your shipment.
Packing List and Performa Invoice must be faxed to FTZ #23 at (716) 823-2613 at
least 24 hours in advance prior to arrival at "The Peace Bridge".

Value of merchandise (US Currency)
Name of company that will be transporting goods into the zone

*Carrier must cross at either Peace Bridge, Lewiston Bridge or Rainbow Bridge -
contact FTZ Staff of estimated time of arrival at either Bridge (716) 823-2142.
Peace Bridge is located approximately 7 miles North of Foreign Trade Zone #23.
Driver will be supplied a formal admission number located on a E214 submission
detail form which will be sent to the driver prior to leaving with goods for the
Foreign Trade Zone. Driver MUST STOP at either Bridge and request a CBP Officer
from Administrative Staff and obtain Officer Signature.
FOR GOODS COMING IN FROM CANADA

FOR GOODS TRAVELING IN-BOND FROM US PORT:
The carrier must first go to US Customs at the Peace Bridge to cancel the IT Bond
and get Admission detail from Signed by US Customs. Carrier can then proceed
directly to FTZ #23
FOR DUTY AND TAX FREE GOODS
No broker is required. The carrier will carry admission detail signed by Customs to FTZ.
